🛍️ Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.
🚚 Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking — we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
🔄 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you that we have received your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return was due to our error.
📦 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at the email above.
